Shipping policy

Orders placed before 5pm are processed the same day. If they are placed after 5pm they will begin processing the next business day. The processing period for orders take 2-5 business days. Once the order has been processed it is then ready to ship. Shipping will then take 2-5 business days. This means that once you order, you will receive your package anytime between 4-10 business days. It is likely that some shipments may take longer due to the pandemic and the holidays.

 Customers are allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours from the date they purchased.

Shipping and billing address must be the same. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and your order will not be replaced or refunded. You will receive a tracking number so if you will not be home to receive your package, you can always make arrangements at your local USPS Post Office to pick it up from there.
