Customers are allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours from the date they purchased.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Returns are only granted when you are shipped the wrong items. Hair cannot be returned once it is handled or worn by the buyer. Shipping and billing address must be the same. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and your order will not be replaced or refunded. You will receive a tracking number, if you will not be home to receive your package, you can always make arrangements at your local USPS Post Office to pick it up from there.
